Inpatient

Admission

• 1Decision of Admission

  Patients must be referred by a physician in order to be admitted. Submit the admission documents at the inpatient administration desk.

• 2Admission procedure

  Admission on the day

  Submit the Admission Consent Form and Proof of Korean Medical Insurance coverage. Then you will receive an admission notice and be moved to a ward. The nurse in charge will explain about the admission procedure.

  Admission appointment

  You will be scheduled to be admitted if operation is scheduled or bed is not available a personal reasons. Then you will go home with admission reservation receipt and admission consent form. You will be notified of the admission day, time, room number in advance. On the admission day, you will bring consent form and Korean medical insurance card.

• 3What to bring for admission

  Personal sanitary items (bath towels, tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, tissues, slippers, water cups, bedclothes and etc for guardian.)

  * The room grade may be changed as required.

Discharge

• 1Decision of Discharge

  Discharge is decided one day in advance by the doctor in charge. Hospital staff will explain the hospital fees due.

• 2Payment and making an outpatient clinic appointment

  The patient can pay hospital fee at the inpatient administration desk on the 1st floor and get the discharge paper.

• 3Returning home

  The patient can get the prescribed medicine at the pharmacy near Korea cancer center hospital. And go home after submitting the discharge paper to the nurse in charge.
